| Facilities Development & Management provides building maintenance services, design and consulting services, project management, inspections and evaluations for the repair, operations and renovation of the City's building assets. Our staff of skilled craftsmen, technicians and professionals provides these services to over 200 buildings that include City agencies and departments' offices, field headquarters, shops and storage facilities. Our staff includes, registered architects, professional engineers, certified master electricians, journeyman skilled carpenters, bricklayers and painters. |
