City of Milwaukee residents have two convenient locations where they can dispose of items like garbage, yard waste,
used motor oil, up to five tires, brush, furniture and appliances as well as recyclable materials. When you arrive at a
self-help center, you will be asked to provide proof of City of Milwaukee residency or property ownership. You will then
be directed to unload your vehicle. The centers are located at:

- Up to five passenger vehicle tires

- Up to 2 yards of construction debris (lumber, plywood, concrete)
- Waste motor oil and oil filters
- Used antifreeze
- Computers (up to 10 components)
- Automotive batteries
- Corrugated cardboard
- Recyclables (cans, jars, and bottles of metal, glass, and #1 & #2 plastics; newspaper, magazines, paperback
& phonebooks, paperboard, junk mail)
- Scrap metal
